Nasdaq 100 Movers: SWKS, VIP

In early trading on Tuesday, shares of VimpelCom (VIP) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 5.1%.  Year to date, VimpelCom has lost about 15.6% of its value.
